How to prepare your participation to the ELAG 2004 meeting?

1. Registration

Please fill in the registration form, which is available on this website.

The deadline for registration is May 14. Please note that hotel reservations entered after May 3 can not be guaranteed.

2. Progress reports

It is the custom that each institution, group of organisations or country produces a report on the progress made during the last year in the field of library automation in the institution, organisation or country. To write the report, please use the progress report form at this website.

The deadline for submitting reports is May 14.

The participants are recommended to read these reports before coming to the meeting. During the round-table sessions the participants have the opportunity to openly discuss these documents with the persons who wrote them.

3. Workshops

Those participants taking care of a workshop are requested to send in a discussion paper on the subject of the workshop before May 14.

All participants are kindly asked to select a preferred workshop, as well as one of second choice - in case a last minute change of the workshops is needed. Participants are expected to read the discussion papers before attending!

4. Papers

The speakers are kindly requested to send their papers before May 28.
